Work arrangement: Field-based throughout greater Orlando/Central Florida, with periodic office reporting
Pay: $80,000–$90,000 base salary plus bonus opportunities
Position overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Field Manager to oversee residential remodeling and new-construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
This is a field-leadership and quality-control role—not a hands-on installer position. You will coordinate installers and subcontractors, verify site conditions, troubleshoot cabinet-related issues, and ensure projects are completed correctly and on schedule.
What you’ll do
• Oversee multiple residential remodeling, new-construction, and amenity/community-center projects.
• Coordinate installers, subcontractors, client superintendents, designers, and production teams.
• Review cabinet plans and field measurements, identify installation conflicts, and drive timely solutions.
• Monitor schedules, workmanship, safety, jobsite cleanliness, and punch-list completion.
• Conduct quality-control walks and document project updates, photos, and deficiencies in Buildertrend.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling, new construction, cabinetry, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, cabinet construction, installation practices, and residential construction sequencing.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors, and active residential projects.
• Ability to read cabinet plans, elevations, construction drawings, and specifications; hands-on cabinet-installation experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, field-measuring, quality-control, and problem-solving skills, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to travel among local job sites.
Compensation & benefits
• $80,000–$90,000 base salary.
