The right candidate will be responsible to assist with all QSHE aspects and ensure targets are met for the location. You will keep management informed about QSHE integrated management system performance. Additionally, you will also evaluate and report all hazards to ensure safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment and promote the awareness of environmental safety and health among all employees. This position reports to the local QSHE Manager.

How you create impact

•    Liaise with employees from all business and functional unit throughout the organization to ensure that the QSHE system is properly implemented and liaise with external parties on matters relating to QSHE where necessary, i.e. with customers, authorities, certification bodies and suppliers.
•    Assist to develop, implement, and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards (i.e. Audit Tool, TIP, GFCC, etc.).
•    Monitor performance in relevant areas according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate, assist according to performance levels and report as necessary on changes in standards and on performance against standards.
•    Assist in executing QSHE audits, participate at regular inspections, audits (in-and external), and client assessments.
•    Ensure adequate Quality, Safety, Health, Environment related services based on customers’ requirements, assist QSHE management with day to day responsibilities within QSHE.

What we would like you to bring

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in a warehousing environment

1+ years in a full-time Quality role

Advanced Excel and Word skills

Understanding of quality systems requirements

Lift heavy material of up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
