Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Prospecting customers by telephone using own or external databases for different vertical markets.
• Set up appointments and meetings with prospects for Sales Associates and Specialists.
• Elaborate and follow up business proposals for customers for projects and daily requests.
• Identify potential sales opportunities to consistently meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct account research, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest.
• Achieve sales objectives across both short-term and long-term business cycles.
• Maintain accurate records and manage the pipeline within the CRM
• Close deals with new or existing customers.
• Search for new project opportunities and to support by providing contact information to the department of collection or negotiation process.

• Professional with 1 - 3 years of experience in sales.
• Direct sales experience within the Oil & Gas sector (not mandatory)
• Proven knowledge of sales and negotiation strategies
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• High level of proactivity, persistence, and results-orientation.
• Fluent in English and intermediate to advanced in Spanish (Required)

• Salary Base Range: 90.000 - 100.000
