Senior Systems Engineer - Naval Radars

Salary: $86,800 - 165,200 per year Requirements:

• We typically require a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least five years of relevant experience.
• We expect experience in one or more of the following areas: systems hardware, systems integration, or systems testing.
• We require the ability to obtain and maintain an active, transferable U.S. government security clearance before the start date.
• We require U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• We develop and execute test plans, procedures, and integration and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments.
• We troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data review and debugging.
• We integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and assess their functionality and overall impact.
• We collaborate across functions to improve performance and address system-level issues.
• We work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth integration and reliable system operation.
• We prepare integration documentation, run plans, data analyses, and requirements verification, and we communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• We travel as needed, up to 10%, to support mission execution at local facilities, test sites, vendor locations, and customer sites.
