Home Healthcare Nurse-RN needed:
Join this well-established and growing healthcare facility. The patients will be in the Providence area & you will be traveling to different homes. They are looking for a compassionate, experienced, and kind home healthcare nurse. Assisting individuals who may need long-term care for chronic illness, patients recovering from surgery, patients with disabilities who need assistance in their homes, elderly patients, or patients who have recently given birth.
Perform patient care and medication administration.
Monitor and assess patients' condition.

A home care nurse must be able to provide medical care. This person must have experience as a home healthcare nurse. Having completed a nursing degree program meeting all the requirements to become a registered nurse.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
An active nursing license or a multi-state license sure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
