Forklift / Manual Loader

Location: Waco, TX
Pay: Starting at $17+/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift Opportunities Available

85% MANUAL LABOR / 15% FORKLIFT OPERATION

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is currently hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for a local non-climate controlled warehouse! We are seeking candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable in fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities May Include:

Loading and unloading trucks
Material handling and inventory movement
Operating forklifts and cherry pickers
Picking, packing, and staging orders
Using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools
Assembling and framing metal components
Lifting, positioning, and securing materials
Following safety and quality standards
Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience preferred
Forklift and/or cherry picker experience is a plus
Experience with hand tools and power tools preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS
