Quality Engineer

I'm currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing company that is looking to add a Quality Engineer to their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in a manufacturing environment and has a passion for driving continuous improvement, solving quality issues, and working cross-functionally with production and engineering teams. Responsibilities Internal Audits & Quality System Compliance Customer & Supplier Quality Support Process Improvement Initiatives Inspection & Quality Documentation Non-Conformance Investigations Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing Activities Preferred Background Manufacturing quality engineering experience Experience with CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications Experience working in ISO-regulated manufacturing environments Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers, suppliers, and operations teams Mechanical manufacturing experience highly preferred This is a great opportunity to join a stable organization where you'll have visibility, ownership, and the ability to make a direct impact on quality and operational performance.
