Physical Therapist

Provides comprehensive physical therapy services across all age groups, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on accepted practices. Collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring culturally sensitive care. Assesses patients by gathering data, evaluating performance, and determining intervention needs. Develops and modifies treatment programs to promote health, achieve goals, and maintain progress. Prepares detailed documentation and participates in discharge planning, recommending adaptive equipment and training. Supports evidence-based practice through participation in professional activities and continuous learning. Mentors staff and students, facilitating orientation and fostering professional growth. Builds productive relationships, encourages team problem-solving, and promotes positive work environment. Performs patient evaluations, identifies problems, and implements effective solutions. Maintains departmental policies, safety, and infection control standards. Promotes quality improvement initiatives and actively participates in departmental development. Identifies stress sources and develops coping strategies.
