Portfolio Accountant (Full-Time, In-Office) We’re hiring a Senior Portfolio Accountant to join our growing accounting team supporting a dynamic portfolio of multifamily properties. This full‑time, in‑office position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team, contribute to a variety of accounting functions, and play a key role in financial operations. What You’ll Do: Manage the financial health of a portfolio of multifamily properties through comprehensive accounting procedures. Oversee full‑cycle accounting processes, including AP, month‑end closing, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for multiple properties within the portfolio. Collaborate with property management teams to provide financial insights and support decision‑making processes. Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies. Assist in the annual audit process and provide supporting schedules and documentation to external auditors. Special projects. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in multifamily real estate accounting. Proficiency in Yardi is required. Working knowledge of OneSite is a plus. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
