Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Associate Attorney will manage a caseload involving business disputes, personal injury, insurance, real estate, and related civil matters under the supervision and guidance of senior counsel. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence, as well as reviewing and analyzing documents and evidence. The role involves regular client communication to provide updates, gather information, and offer legal guidance, along with participation in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and court appearances as appropriate. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with team members on case strategy, maintain organized case files, track deadlines, and support business development and firm initiatives as needed. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law with experience or coursework in civil litigation; familiarity or interest in real estate ans busienss disputes is preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients across diverse practice areas. Proficient in legal Research, including case law, statutes, regulations, and secondary sources. Effective Negotiation skills for handling settlements, mediations, and dispute resolution. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar (or eligibility for prompt admission). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including precise legal drafting and client communication. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to professional ethics, client service, and collaborative teamwork.
