Job Description

Compensation: Competitive Hourly + Performance Bonuses + Overtime || Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) Match, Profit Sharing, & Company Truck. || Culture: Family-Owned | "Mom Approved" | Excellence Only

The Mission

AirWorks is looking for the "Special Ops" of HVAC Service Technicians. As a Family Run, Mom Approved shop, we don’t do "band-aid" fixes. We’re looking for a Lead Technician who is a master of the craft, a diagnostic wizard, and a professional who takes pride in saving the day for our neighbors. If you’re the tech that other techs call when they’re stuck, you belong here.

The Payoff

Top-of-Market Pay : Competitive hourly rates plus performance incentives that reward your efficiency and expertise.

Wealth Building: Not just a paycheck—we offer a 401(k) match plus a Profit Sharing program.

Pro-Grade Support: Fully stocked truck, iPad, and the latest diagnostic tools.

Growth: Ongoing technical training.

Who You Are

The Expert : 3+ years of "in-the-dirt" residential service experience. You know furnaces, ACs, and heat pumps like the back of your hand.

The Problem Solver: You don’t just find the symptom; you find the cure. You’re obsessed with airflow, static pressure, and system longevity.

The Communicator : You can explain a complex repair to a homeowner in a way that’s clear, honest, and "Mom Approved."

The High-Performer: You’re hungry for the technical challenges and the rewards that come with being the best in the field.

What You’ll Do

Elite Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential systems to the highest industry standards.

Customer Advocacy: Provide homeowners with clear options and professional recommendations to improve their comfort and air quality.

Lead by Example: Maintain a clean truck, a professional appearance, and a "do it right the first time" attitude.

Tech-Forward: Document your work and photos in ServiceTitan to ensure a seamless customer history.

Requirements

Experience : 3+ years in residential HVAC service.

Certifications : EPA Universal is a must; NATE is a major plus.

Clean Record : Valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving history.

Flexibility : Ready for a fair on-call rotation to keep Ventura County comfortable.

Grit : Ability to handle attics, crawlspaces, and 50+ lbs with a positive attitude.

Are you the best tech in the county? Prove it. Apply today to join the AirWorks family and start earning what you're worth.

Now interviewing. Apply today and we will be in touch quickly.
