Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while effectively managing your caseload. However, you will also spend time in our outpatient office in Plano when necessary to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in team meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific psychological needs of clients.

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Maintaining a caseload of diverse patients, addressing a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges.

  • Utilizing clinical expertise to effectively assess patients and work collaboratively with families to create actionable resolution plans.

  • Implementing crisis interventions and therapeutic approaches that aim to stabilize and support clients during challenging times.

  • Documenting treatment progress and modifying care strategies based on evolving needs, including the preparation of educational and support materials for clients and their families.

  • Engaging in ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment modalities as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral disorders. Our approach emphasizes inclusivity and comprehensive care, focusing on the holistic well-being of each individual. You will be instrumental in guiding clients towards improved mental health and empowering them to embrace a path of growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in providing therapeutic services to clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth delivery and familiarity with digital clinical documentation systems is preferred, as we utilize modern tools to enhance service delivery. Background in multi-disciplinary teamwork is also beneficial, as it complements our collaborative approach to mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to this base salary, we provide:

  • Up to $1,500 as a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

  • A flexible work schedule, allowing you to choose between 5 to 40 hours per week.

  • Opportunity for additional performance-based bonuses of up to $2,000 depending on state licensure.
