POSITION SUMMARY:Under the direction of the Central Team Leader and Manager for Clinical services, ensures optimum patient outcomes related to medication use by preventing or resolving drug-related problems and coordinating the acquisition, distribution and control of all drug therapy to patients under the care of the pharmacist.Position: Clinical PharmacistDepartment: Inpatient PharmacySchedule: Full TimeJOB REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION:PharmD degree (or Bachelor's plus 2 years hospital pharmacy experience).CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURES, & REGISTRATIONS:Licensure to practice pharmacy (or eligibility within 45 days of hire) in the state of Massachusetts.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Strong interpersonal skills towards our customers (including patients, physicians and nurses) and fellow employees of the hospital.Compensation Range:$43.03- $62.50This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
