As an Insurance Sales Producer, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most by providing customized insurance solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate new business through provided leads, referrals, and relationship building
• Contact prospective clients by phone, email, and text
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
• Prepare insurance quotes and explain coverage options
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Participate in daily sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
• Working collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required
• Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License
• Willing to obtain a Life & Health License
