We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a well-established and growing healthcare system in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This opportunity offers the chance to provide comprehensive endocrine care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while working alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff.

The ideal candidate will diagnose and manage a broad range of endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, and other hormone-related conditions.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology services.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Manage diabetes care, including insulin therapies and advanced diabetes technologies.
• Interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary care programs.

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship.
• Eligible for or currently holding a Michigan medical license.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
