Job Description

Manage multifamily, hospitality, and townhome construction projects from start to finish

Oversee project financials, cost reporting, pay applications, and budget performance

Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, and workflows

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain schedules

Ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout project execution

The Successful Applicant

Proven Project Manager experience with a general contractor or developer

Strong proficiency with Procore and construction project financial management

Experience delivering multifamily, hospitality, or residential community projects

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project performance

Degree preferred but not required, with a strong track record of successful delivery

What's on Offer

Competitive salary ranging from USD 140,000 to 150,000.
