Wellness Coach: Inspire & Guide the Fitness Floor
YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth
The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth is seeking a Fitness Floor Attendant or Wellness Coach to greet members, assist with equipment, and foster a welcoming fitness environment. You will monitor safety, keep the area clean, and support programming while upholding YMCA standards and customer service excellence. This role requires the ability to work independently and with a team, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills.
