Clinical Associate
Abbott
Abbott seeks a Clinical Associate to provide technical and clinical support for electrophysiology products in hospital settings. The role involves working with physicians and hospital staff to support cardiac arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment, requiring foundational EP knowledge and independent judgment in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support in electrophysiology lab and operating room settings
- Deliver engineering, sales, education, and clinical support on Abbott EP product safe use
- Partner with physicians and hospital staff on cardiac arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment
- Support sales representatives through training seminars, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations
- Gather market feedback and customer insights to inform product development strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to satisfy vendor credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training and procedure coverage
- Strong communication skills and ability to build clinical relationships
- Capacity to learn EP technology, products, and clinical applications
