- Assist the Restaurant General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise, train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Help manage employee schedules, labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development.
- Maintain company policies and operational standards.
- Help create a positive, productive, and welcoming work environment.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a similar restaurant management role is required.
- Previous experience supervising and leading restaurant staff.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service standards.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering consistent results.
- Base pay: $18-$22 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
