About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Compunnel Healthcare to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, 35401!

• Provide direct patient care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients in acute care hospital settings
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and promptly report abnormalities or changes in patient condition
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans

• Potentially may be reassigned one time throughout the day to another unit.
• Must be able to float to all acute areas and the Northport location.
• EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
• HOLIDAYS AS REQUIRED.

1. AHA BLS

2. OR RED CROSS

Licenses – Required

* Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact license (No Temp Licenses' accepted)

* NURSYS

Experience - Required:

* 2 years’ experience overall in specialty ; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of  recent  experience in the field of specialty.
