Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPreferred• At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks•At least 7 years experience of Core Java, J2EE applications• At least 7 years experience in Websphere (WAS) configuration commands (performance tuning related)• At least 7 years experience in Performance Tuning of Complex web applications, Service Oriented Architecture (especially SOAP Web Services),• At least 7 years expereience in RDBMS and SQL tuning, JVM Heap/memory, Thread Dump, Network latency analysis• URL profiling using F12 (browser debugger) tools• At least 7 years experience in doing deep dive analysis of Code and Configuration to identify tuning opportunities, propose and code solutions (expertise in APM tools like dynaTrace will be an added advantage)• Team player who can work with diverse stakeholders (like business owners/ITS) groups and independently with less supervision and direction• Capable of setting up performance related processes/guidelines including onboarding technology teams to these processes/guidelines.• Quick learner to pick up framework of proprietary Policy Admin System (Java based) to identify and resolve performance issues.• should have knowledge and able to suggest performance improvement through server virtualization, other techniques that are cost efficient.• At least 5 years of experience in project execution• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point• Analytical skills • At least 7 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel QualificationsQualifications Basic•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
