Surveillance Investigations Coordinator/Case Manager

About the Role
As the Surveillance Investigations Coordinator, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of surveillance operations, ensuring investigations are conducted efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard. You will act as a key point of contact between investigators, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule surveillance investigations nationwide
- Allocate investigators based on availability, skill set, and operational requirements
- Liaise with clients regarding instructions, updates, and reporting requirements
- Monitor investigations to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards
- Review and quality-check investigation materials and write and review reports
- Manage logistics including travel, equipment, and operational planning
- Maintain accurate records, case files, and internal systems
- Support investigators with operational guidance and problem-solving
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in investigations, surveillance coordination, insurance claims, or a related field (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Confidence working with deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong computer skills and experience with case management systems
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
