Surveillance Investigations Coordinator/Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Surveillance Investigations Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is critical to the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of surveillance investigations across a diverse portfolio of matters.

About the Role

As the Surveillance Investigations Coordinator, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of surveillance operations, ensuring investigations are conducted efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard. You will act as a key point of contact between investigators, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule surveillance investigations nationwide
  • Allocate investigators based on availability, skill set, and operational requirements
  • Liaise with clients regarding instructions, updates, and reporting requirements
  • Monitor investigations to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards
  • Review and quality-check investigation materials and write and review reports
  • Manage logistics including travel, equipment, and operational planning
  • Maintain accurate records, case files, and internal systems
  • Support investigators with operational guidance and problem-solving
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in investigations, surveillance coordination, insurance claims, or a related field (highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Confidence working with deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong computer skills and experience with case management systems
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
