We’re seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who can lead with credibility, grit, and data-driven decision-making. This leader will own and elevate our global recruiting function: shaping strategy, developing top-tier talent acquisition professionals, and delivering high-quality hires at the speed our business demands. You’ll partner deeply with senior leaders across R&D and beyond to scale our technical and product hiring functions — including Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and IT, while balancing evolving priorities with operational excellence. You’ll act as both a strategist and a doer: building systems and insights that improve how we hire, while rolling up your sleeves to get in the weeds when needed. Success in this role means owning end-to-end talent acquisition outcomes with a mindset for speed, candidate experience, inclusion, and measurable impact, and landing results in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You’ll help define the future of how Axon attracts, engages, and wins world-class talent. Location: This role is based out of our Seattle office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
