Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth initial assessments to discern the mental health and substance abuse needs of clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique circumstances. \n
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's assessment results, focusing on their specific goals and challenges. \n
- Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions using empathetic techniques and therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. \n
- Maintain meticulous records of clinical documentation and progress notes within our secure electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to optimize the quality of care provided to our clients. \n
- Participate actively in case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing valuable observations and recommendations. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques and thorough assessment methods to ensure client safety. \n
- Stay informed of current trends, new research findings, and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment, integrating this knowledge into clinical practice. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues.
