• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care
• Utilize EPIC charting and Pyxis medication administration
• Adhere to a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio
• Collaborate effectively within a team nursing approach

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ER setting
• Current Indiana or compact RN license
• ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only)
• TNCC or ATCN certification required
• NIHSS certification strongly preferred
