Position Overview Shift Manager – responsible for leading shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service, and maintaining quality, safety, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to maintain standards, and monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to aid preparation for a smooth shift. Assist assigned departments in meeting their goals and targets during shifts. Typical Shift Manager Duties Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance & Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
