Role Highlights Client Engagement : Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management. Ensure consistent communication and progress tracking. Financial Strategy Development : Understand clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies and offer clear recommendations. Product & Service Consultation : Discuss tailored financial products and services aligned to clients’ unique situations. Location & Schedule : In‑office presence required with flexible schedule to maximize productivity. Responsibilities Develop and manage client relationships through networking and portfolio management. Create personalized financial strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerance. Present investment products and services that match client needs. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Licensing : State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66. Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Motivation : Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others’ lives. Collaboration : Ability to work with top performers and learn from them. Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the United States. Training & Development FINRA sponsorship to obtain required licensing. 120‑day comprehensive training period. Access to Virtual University for continuous learning. Mentorship and coaching from a local Vice President. Leadership Development School for managerial aspirations.
