Competitive hourly pay at $253.50 per hour with weekly pay via direct deposit 6+ month assignment with a flexible schedule, including 24-hour shifts (0700-0700) on a combination of weekdays and weekends Supportive, hospital-based environment focused on labor and delivery with a manageable patient volume of approximately 196 annual births Quick Facts Location: 707 14th Street, Baraboo, WI 53913 Start Date: 11/01/2026 End Date: 01/31/2027 Shift: 24-hour shifts (07:00 - 07:00), combination of weekdays and weekends Hours/Week: Varies, approximately 15-20 shifts/month Employment Type: Travel/Locum License/Certs: WI License, BLS, ACLS, NRP, DEA Experience: 1-2 years preferred Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $253.50/hour (W-2) Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide routine labor management, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections Support postpartum rounding and emergency gynecologic consults Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient care Support limited high-risk obstetric cases Float to other facilities if needed within Wisconsin (Janesville, Madison, etc.) Work with EPIC EMR and support staff as assigned What You Need MD/DO with valid Wisconsin license (IMLC accepted) Board Certification in OB/GYN BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications 1-2 years of OB/GYN experience preferred Ability to support labor and delivery procedures Willingness to float to multiple sites as required About the Assignment Join a dedicated, hospital-based OB/GYN team providing labor and delivery coverage in a community-focused setting.
