If you are a skilled professional with a passion for project management in high-end / luxury residential construction projects, we invite you to apply to join our team. Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking direct responsibility for overseeing site personnel and coordinating with homeowners, designers, architects, and office administration. Utilize your expertise in construction documents, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors. Generate comprehensive project breakdowns (scope of work) and demonstrate proficiency in interpreting construction documents and architectural drawings. Exhibit excellent supervision, management, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Showcase your computer literacy by generating reports and spreadsheets to effectively track project progress. Be willing to travel between job sites as required. Skills and Qualifications: 5 years of experience preferred. Proficiency in ProCore, Adobe, MS Project, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with construction documents and architectural drawings. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
