Part-time Guest Service AttendantChick Evans Golf Course, located in Morton Grove, IL is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.Assists in educating players regarding the game.Directs start of play when necessary.Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.Assists with food and beverage activities.Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.Performs other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:One-month related experience or training.Regular and reliable attendance.Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
