Welder Ferguson is seeking an immediate Welder to perform specialty welding tasks for the fire sprinkler industry. Schedule: M‑F 2:30pm‑11:30pm (2nd Shift) Responsibilities Weld outlets onto steel pipe. Perform specialty welding tasks; spool pieces, flanges, etc. Inspect work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in pipe. Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to standards of quality and performance. Report all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of welding experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines. Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices. Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism. Desire to learn new things. Ability to thrive in an inclusive environment. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $17.41 – $26.11 (Hourly). Bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may vary by location based on local or state wage requirements.
