Primary Care Physician Opportunity At Zoe DirectZoeRVA Health is closing its insurance-based medical practice (Zoe Primary Care) and is seeking a Primary Care Physician to launch a direct primary care practice (Zoe Direct). Zoe Direct will prioritize preventive care and wellness initiatives to empower individuals to manage their health proactively. This approach to primary care emphasizes guidance on lifestyle improvements in nutrition, increasing movement, managing stress, cultivating healthy habits, securing restful sleep, and fostering beneficial relationships. By understanding that every patient has different needs and there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to healthcare, we will personalize care to each individual with the goal of empowering and equipping patients to lead healthier lives. As a newer organization, this practice offers a unique opportunity to shape care delivery, contribute to clinic culture, and help build systems that support long-term community impact.The Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) serves as a cornerstone of the clinical team, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families. This role blends expertise in family and internal medicine with a proactive approach to preventive health, disease management, and wellness education. The physician will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
