Role Responsibilities Inspect vehicles to ensure customers drive away with confidence Collaborate with a skilled team to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively Gain hands‑on experience with a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Utilize advanced tools and technology to deliver automotive service Follow CarMax’s standard guidelines for reconditioning and repair Contribute to a positive, customer‑focused environment through teamwork and precision Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Required Qualifications Proven experience in one or more areas: vehicle maintenance, vehicle inspections, brake repairs, and tire repairs.
