Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator Broadway National, one of Inc. 5000’s fastest growing privately owned companies, provides national and international Property Management services to high profile clientele throughout a wide range of businesses, including Tech, Restaurant, Super Market, Facility Maintenance, Retail, Specialty and more. Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday–Friday (rotating remote Saturdays). Job Responsibilities Efficiently schedule and prioritize service calls to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Dispatch and delegate work assignments to technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency. Monitor job progress and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Track material, verify availability, and follow up on lead times to keep projects on track. Communicate daily with technicians, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations. Update and maintain scheduling calendars and logs. Assist with troubleshooting logistical issues as they arise and implement solutions quickly (some trade background preferred). Utilize internet-based tools, Microsoft Outlook, and internal systems for scheduling and communication. Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation. Help schedule vehicle maintenance for technicians. Job Qualifications Previous experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a related scheduling role. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Skilled in delegating tasks effectively and communicating clearly with technicians. Knowledge of material tracking, ordering processes, and lead-time management. Proficiency with the internet, Microsoft Outlook, and basic computer applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
