We are searching for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded technical sales leader who has a passion for delivering elite technology and services to protect our customers using capabilities delivered from the network, endpoint, and SaaS offerings for any cloud. This is an ideal position for someone who has validated leadership skills and related industry and technical expertise, to drive success with their team and regional peers. This role requires an ambitious, self-starter with the ability to build executive relationships, develop and execute sales strategies, articulate Cisco’s business value and technical capabilities, and drive the activities that makes deals happen.Your ImpactIn this role as a Security Solutions Engineering Leader, you will work closely with customers, partners, and regional leaders in the Global Enterprise segment, to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth within the region. As part of the leadership team, you will partner with Security Sales Leadership and demonstrate both technical and business excellence, to meet revenue goals in the region.As a technical leader, you will lead and mentor a highly motivated sales engineering team that has a passion to bring transformative technology to life for our customers and partners. You and your team will develop solutions using the breadth of our Cisco security portfolio for any environment using our Identity, Cloud, Network, and XDR capabilities.
