Activities Assistant Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing a diverse range of activities, such as exercise classes, arts and crafts, and social events, designed to meet the needs and interests of our residents

• Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop and implement activity programs that promote cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being

• Engage with residents through one-on-one interactions, small group activities, and large-scale events, encouraging socialization, participation, and a sense of community

• Assist with designing and implementing special events, such as holiday celebrations and cultural festivals, to enhance the overall living experience

• Maintain accurate records of resident participation, activity schedules, and program evaluations

Activities Assistant Requirements

• Prior experience as activities assistant preferred
