Responsibilities: Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments) Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians Monitor and review client progress, adjust goals and programs as neededl>Provide parent training and support Minimal in person hours Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Must hold NJ LBA Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field At least 1 year of experience in ABA preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Comfortable working in home, school, and/or community settings We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience and hours worked Flexible scheduling and caseload management Supportive and responsive administrative team Travel support #J-18808-Ljbffr Compassionate Behavioral Guidance
