You'll be the face of our IAQ services, helping customers understand their options and recommending the right solutions to improve their home's air quality and comfort. You will be working independently or as a team, depending on the job.What You'll Do:Work independently or as a two-person team to complete jobs efficiently and professionallyPerform duct cleaning, Aeroseal, and air purification product installationsProvide expert recommendations to improve air quality and comfort in customers' homesComplete and maintain accurate service recordsIdentify needed repairs and present them to customers for approvalAssist with HVAC service support tasks, such as filter changes and equipment cleaningDeliver exceptional customer service on every jobPerform other duties as assigned by the Service SupervisorWhat We're Looking For:Previous HVAC or IAQ experience preferred (we will train the right person)Strong teamwork and communication skillsA genuine interest in helping customers feel healthier and more comfortable in their homesReliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focusedValid driver's license with a clean driving recordQualifications:High school or GED diploma requiredGreat communication skillsMust obtain EPA Type II Certification within the first 60-days of employmentBackground check and drug test requiredAuthorized to work in United StatesValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to operate power and hand tools safelyAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsDemonstrate willingness to invest time in install training seminars and classesBe a team playerPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 poundsPhysical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances and extreme weather conditionsClimb laddersOperate service vehiclesBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySaturday availability as neededSupplemental pay types:Pay schedule is every 2 weeksEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)We are an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
