Gabrielson Clinic for Women is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Medical Secretary to join our team. We provide specialized women's healthcare, obstetrics, gynecology, and dermatology services.

We believe exceptional patient care begins with the very first phone call. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in making every patient feel welcomed, heard, and cared for.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and compassion. Schedule patient appointments and assist with coordinating patient care. Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, providers, and fellow team members. Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm, positive attitude in a busy medical office. Work alongside your teammates to ensure a smooth patient experience and efficient daily clinic operations. Provide exceptional customer service while respecting patient privacy and confidentiality. What We're Looking For

Customer service is our #1 priority!

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

Has at least 2 years of customer service experience. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Can multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure. Is dependable, adaptable, and willing to help wherever needed. Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team. Demonstrates compassion, patience, and professionalism with every patient interaction.
