Associate Attorney

We're growing and looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Trusts & Estates practice serving farm families and rural businesses across Nebraska. We are seeking an attorney with at least 3+ years of experience who wants more than a traditional associate position. This opportunity is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys building relationships, becoming involved in the communities we serve, and helping grow and expand a thriving practice. Practice areas include: Estate planning for farm families and rural businesses Trust administration Succession and long-term planning matters We’re looking for someone who is: Outgoing and relationship-driven Interested in business development and community involvement Excited to help grow a practice and client base Passionate about serving agricultural and rural communities A willingness to relocate and become part of the Seward or York, Nebraska community is a significant plus.
