Now Hiring: General Warehouse Associates / Packers

Positions available on 1st shift (7am-3:45pm)

We're looking for dependable individuals to join a growing warehouse team in New Albany, Ohio ! This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start or grow a career in warehouse operations. No previous warehouse experience is required—we're willing to train motivated candidates.

J ob Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and efficiently
• Inspect items for quality before packaging
• Label and prepare shipments for distribution
• Sort and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Previous warehouse, packing, or production experience is helpful but not required
• Light background requirements
