Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a Design Leader to oversee their Healthcare design studio.
Hybrid position
Base salary of $130 - 160k
Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement
PTO, Vacation
Oversee the Design Studio for the client's Healthcare Practice
Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
Represent the organization nationally as a thought leader in Healthcare design.
Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Must be a registered Architect
15+ years architectural design experience (must have Healthcare experience)
2+ years of management experience
