A well-established personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to manage complex, high-value cases from inception through trial. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in the courtroom, and is committed to delivering exceptional advocacy for clients in both State and Federal Courts.Job Responsibilities:Serve as first-chair on complex personal injury cases in State and Federal CourtsManage full litigation lifecycle: case intake, investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and post-trial mattersPrepare for and litigate trials, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and summary jury trialsConduct and defend depositions; manage written discoveryDraft and argue motions, Orders to Show Cause (OTSC), and petitionsDevelop, execute, and adjust trial strategies to achieve optimal outcomesReview and analyze medical records, expert reports, and other case-related documentationFacilitate and promote settlement negotiations when appropriateInterview and evaluate prospective clientsMaintain consistent, professional communication with clients regarding case status and strategyManage a daily caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work productQualifications:Minimum 2+ years of first-chair personal injury litigation experienceStrong knowledge of State Supreme and Federal Court rules and proceduresDemonstrated experience handling complex litigation mattersExcellent legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills; effective with clients, colleagues, and opposing counselAbility to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environmentProven sound judgment and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.Type: Direct HireCategory: Professional ServicesDate Posted: 2026-07-02
