Ideal Candidate Must have a Doctorate of Pharmacy and Post Graduate Year 1 (Pharmacy Practice) or two (2) years of equivalent clinical experience. The candidate excels in conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, including medication reviews, adherence evaluations, and monitoring patient outcomes to ensure optimal therapy effectiveness. They are proactive in patient counseling, particularly around specialty medications, and are confident discussing treatment plans, potential side effects, and ongoing care needs. Additionally, the candidate maintains accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within electronic health records, ensuring all patient interactions and clinical updates meet regulatory and accreditation standards. Working Hours The working hours for this role are from 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Preferred: Experience in related practice area. Preferred: Experience in a patient care or healthcare administration setting. Must pass pre‑employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
