LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (DP SPECIALIST)

Archer & Greiner, P.C. seeks a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to work in its Document Production Center in the Voorhees, NJ office. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM- 5:00PM.

At Archer, we are passionate about developing talent and providing hands-on experience across the full spectrum of legal work. The Team in the Document Production Center works with the latest equipment and software and handles legal work from the attorneys in all practice groups at the Firm.

Responsibilities :

This position includes, without limitation, the following core duties:

Create, revise and format Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents;

Transcribe digital dictation; and

Create and edit PDFs in Kofax.

Job Requirements :

Qualified candidates must have:

Must have at least 1-year Legal Administrative Assistant experience.

Preferred candidates will have excellent computer skills with a thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Kofax and Outlook.

Must be a self-starter, detail oriented and able to work in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits

Archer & Greiner P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $45,000.00-$50,000.00, commensurate with experience.
