Key Responsibilities: Oversee Accounting Operations Coordinate audits and tax filings Develop financial strategies that align with company goals and objectives Manage cash flow and treasury functions Lead and manage a small, but efficient team Assist with analyzing and executing growth opportunities Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Ten (10) years of experience in Finance with a concentration in High Tech start-up envirnments Extensive experience in a Finance leadership role Experience managing audits and regulatory reporting Ability to work independently Exceptional attention to detail Must have GAAP knowledge Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
