Sales Admin / Director of Customer Experience Elevate Every Customer Interaction at B&E Marine B&E Marine, located on the lakefront in Michigan City, IN, is seeking a full-time Sales Admin / Director of Customer Experience to lead and elevate every stage of our customer journey. For over 73 years, B&E Marine has served boaters across Northwest Indiana, Southwest Michigan, and Chicagoland, delivering not just boats, but unforgettable experiences. What You’ll Do This strategic leadership role covers several key areas of the dealership: Engagement & Sales: Serve as the initial contact for leads and guide customers confidently through the sales process. Delivery Experience: Coordinate personalized boat deliveries and create “above and beyond” moments for new owners. Satisfaction & Advocacy: Manage CSI programs, resolve concerns proactively, and act as a customer advocate across all departments. Digital Presence & Marketing: Manage online reviews, social media content (YouTube/Instagram), and maintain CRM accuracy. Events & Leadership: Plan dealership events, oversee the reception experience, and coach the team on brand presence. What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, hospitality, or dealership operations preferred. Highly organized, tech-savvy (CRM, AI, Social Media), and detail-oriented. Warm, welcoming, and relationship-driven personality. Proactive problem solver who remains calm under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
