THE ROLE

Modernize how Everpure plans and delivers global marketing campaigns as we transform from static programs to dynamic, personalized buyer experiences. You will own the end-to-end campaign operations lifecycle—from request intake to production and launch—designing a fast, scalable execution engine. Sitting at the intersection of process design and MarTech, you will partner closely with Campaign Operations, Journey Orchestration, and regional marketing leaders across Americas, EMEA, and APJ. By applying workflow automation and AI to eliminate operational friction, you will dramatically accelerate time-to-market and empower global teams to deliver high-impact results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Optimize End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Own and streamline the full execution lifecycle—from intake and prioritization to build, QA, and launch—establishing clear service level agreements (SLAs) and cross-regional routing that increase marketing campaign velocity.
• Build High-Impact Intake & Governance Systems: Design structured, automated request workflows that capture required metadata upfront, minimize marketer effort, and govern reusable program templates and build standards across execution tools (Asana, Marketo, Splash).
• Drive Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Partner with Marketing Operations enablement to roll out global process updates, maintain documentation, and deliver training programs that expand marketer self-service capabilities.
• Leverage Analytics & AI for Scale: Measure campaign operational performance (cycle time, throughput, rework rate) and build a prioritized roadmap integrating AI and automation to eliminate manual production tasks and boost campaign efficiency.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Process Design Expertise: Proven experience designing, launching, and optimizing end-to-end operational workflows and request intake models for non-technical, multi-stakeholder teams.
• Campaign Execution Fluency: Hands-on experience working within modern marketing technology stacks (including project management tools like Asana, marketing automation like Marketo, and event platforms like Splash) to build reliable, high-volume production processes.
• Workflow Automation & AI Application: Demonstrated capability applying automation platforms (such as Workato, Jira, or Asana workflows) and practical AI solutions to reduce manual build effort, optimize data routing, and scale operational output.
• Global Change Management & Analytics: Track record of driving process adoption across international teams through structured enablement, paired with the ability to build operational dashboards, analyze bottleneck metrics, and deliver measurable delivery improvements.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$182,000—$273,000 USD
