Responsibilities

Own and maintain five-year global electrophysiology market forecasts across regions and full portfolio
Build and continuously improve integrated forecasting models quantifying market size, growth, units, revenue, and adoption
Synthesize competitor earnings calls and disclosures into actionable strategic insights for leadership
Support annual business planning and demand planning processes with market forecasts and scenario analysis
Co-develop and present executive-ready narratives connecting market dynamics to portfolio and business implications

Requirements

Advanced analytical and forecasting capabilities with experience building integrated market models
Strong business acumen and understanding of medical device or healthcare markets
Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence across matrixed organizations
Experience with competitive intelligence, earnings analysis, or market research
Proficiency in data integration from multiple internal and external sources
Cross-functional collaboration experience across marketing, finance, and operations teams
