Strategic Land Finance Analyst

Lennar is seeking a Land Analyst in Plymouth, MN to support land acquisitions and financial analysis for the Division. You will prepare proformas, analyze market data, assist in feasibility studies, and assemble underwriting documentation for corporate approval, working closely with the VP of Land Acquisition and the Land Transaction Manager.
